Great broadband bundle offers from Astro Fibre for customers in Sabah

In celebration of the Kaamatan Festival, ERA Sabah in collaboration with Astro Fibre is thrilled to present Bambarayon, a new song highlighting the “Soul of the Paddy’, featuring Stacy Anam as the lead singer alongside Konco Pagi ERA’s, Addnan, Mijul, and Emma, as well as ERA Sabah personalities including Melanie, Adam, Nicky, and Deemike.

Bambarayon, taken from the Kadazandusun phase, is a song produced in the Sabah Malay dialect. It tells of the vibrancy of the Kaamatan Festival, which is a celebration which unites people from various backgrounds based on the principle of bonding with family through music, much like the uniqueness of Astro Fibre, which can strengthen the family bonds across different places.

Specially produced by Luca Sickta as the composer alongside Marcellus Paungin, the Bambarayon lyrics were written by Benzooloo, Luca Sickta, and Marcellus Paungin. The music video, which also featured the creative elements of director Kinggoldigga from Sandakan, Sabah, from Twentytwo Degree production.

The music video was filmed at the Sabah Museum, featuring unique traditional houses and at the Losou Podi area in Kota Belud, known for its stunning sunrise views. The Bambarayon music video also featured dancers from Tagaps Dance Theatre, winners of the Gold Medal at the World Dance Cup.

Fans and listeners can now enjoy the Bambarayon on ERA Sabah’s Facebook and ERA’s YouTube.
