The spirit of giving ran strong at Moxy Putrajaya as associates, families, and partners came together for Road To Give 2025, hosted by the Moxy Putrajaya team. This year’s event welcomed an inspiring 923 runners, including 81 junior participants, marking another milestone in Marriott International’s 11th year of this signature global charity run.
What began as a simple run has grown into something much greater — a celebration of unity, compassion, and purpose. Road To Give isn’t about distance or timing — it’s about heart. It’s about thousands moving together for causes that matter, making real impact in the communities where we live and work.
As part of Marriott International Malaysia’s five-region Road To Give activation from 11 to 19 October, Moxy Putrajaya joined fellow hotels in Desaru, Penang, Langkawi, and Kuala Besut in championing this year’s causes, which include:
- Funding a new distribution truck for Kechara Soup Kitchen Society to reach more Malaysians in need.
- A RM50,000 contribution to support Langkawi Autism Care Centre.
- Continued assistance for early intervention at Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation Johor Bahru.

The success of the event was made possible through the passion and teamwork of the associates from hotels under IOI Properties Group, who played an active role in the planning and executionof the run alongside the Moxy Putrajaya team.
At Moxy Putrajaya, the day was filled with energy, color, and community spirit. Beyond the 5KM, 10KM, and Junior Runs, guests enjoyed a range of family-friendly activities, including bowling, ping pong, throw ball, sand painting, face painting, and Kicktopia games.

The event was made possible through the generous support of IOI Properties, IOI City Mall, Kechara Soup Kitchen, Nestlé, UFC Refresh Coconut Water, Drinho Sparkling Tea, Dilmah Tea, Green Fusion, SIMA Parking, and MPS Sepang.
Moxy Putrajaya also welcomed the NextGen Marriott Business Councils Malaysia, who showcased their community-driven initiatives during the event.
The day concluded with the recognition of top runners — Top 20 finishers each for the 5KM, 10KM, and Junior categories — who embodied the true meaning of Road To Give: running with heart, for a cause.
