Delivering value, recognition, and rewarding journeys for members
Enrich, the travel and lifestyle loyalty programme of Malaysia Airlines, will roll out a refreshed programme structure effective 1 January 2026. The update introduces changes to how members earn Enrich Points and Elite Points as well as revised requirements for Elite Status, providing more meaningful rewards, and recognition for members’ continued loyalty. This refresh reflects Enrich’s ongoing commitment to offering more value for members’ travel and lifestyle activities with Malaysia Airlines and its partners.

What’s New in 2026
- Higher Enrich Points Earning: Members will enjoy higher Enrich Points accrual across Elite tiers. Platinum members will earn 2.5 Enrich Points per RM1 spent on Malaysia Airlines and Firefly flights, while Gold and Silver members will earn 2.2 and 1.8 points respectively, ensuring greater rewards for our most valued travellers.
- Revised Elite Points Earning: Members can now earn significantly more Elite Points when flying with Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and oneworld member airlines, particularly in Business Suite and Business Class. This enables smoother progression to higher status, recognising members’ loyalty with greater value and benefits.
- Updated Elite Status Requirements: The Elite Points required for each tier have been revised to align with evolving travel behaviours and expanded earning opportunities. Members will also continue earning Elite Points through Points + Cash redemptions, seat upgrades, and Enrich Hotels, while AmBank Enrich Visa Credit Cards provide a fast-track option to maintain or upgrade status*.
- Added Elite Status Benefits: The Silver tier now includes 10kg extra baggage allowance and priority baggage handling, offering members greater convenience and recognition.
These changes are designed to ensure that benefits remain meaningful, exclusive, and directly align with members’ travel and engagement with the programme.

Philip See, Chief Executive Officer of Loyalty & Travel Services of Malaysia Aviation Group, said, “The refreshed structure delivers greater value through enhanced Enrich Points earning, enabling bigger and faster rewards. Elite Points accrual on Malaysia Airlines and oneworld member airlines flights, particularly in Business Class and Business Suite, has been revised to fairly recognise premium travel. Updated Elite Status requirements ensure the programme rewards evolving travel behaviours and engagement, reflecting members’ journeys and lifestyle aspirations.”
As Malaysia Airlines continues its journey of growth under the Malaysia Aviation Group, Enrich remains a vital pillar of customer loyalty, connecting members to rewarding journeys, travel benefits and lifestyle privileges worldwide.
