Upon arrival, guests begin their stay with a moment of rediscovery with a wellness consultation, a curated 3-course healthy menu at The Beach Grill and an in-room bath ritual.

The source of the water in the pond comes from the freshwater of Tasik Dayang Bunting which is known for its mystical powers, a granter of wishes. Make a wish and pen down your wish on a flat stone provided. Simply toss the stone in the pond and keep another stone as a reminder of your personal experience. The Ritz-Carlton Spa incorporates native Langkawi ingredients and practices into its spa rituals with the intention to restore one’s physical, mental, and spiritual equilibrium. The native healers of the island were responsible for the traditional healing and beauty ceremonies that are now known as spa rituals. The spa features five pavilions in the shape of floating cocoons. Every pavilion has its very own circular platform that circles it, and these circular platforms are connected to one another by walkways that extend out over the water.
